How do I know if I can have a "drop" or if I need on site construction?

FADDCO can deliver some sheds fully assembled if the area where it is being delivered meets certain criteria. FADDCO delivers pre-assembled sheds off the back of a 20-foot tilt-trailer. Both the 20-foot tilt-trailer and the 20-foot delivery truck (40 feet total) must have access to the delivery site. A minimum width of 12 feet, or four feet larger than the shed width, whichever is larger, will also be needed. FADDCO trucks cannot drive over irrigation, septic systems, boulders, cactuses, or anything else that cannot withstand significant weight. Please note that if a "drop" is ordered and not possible upon delivery, a redelivery and a rebuild charge will be incurred. FADDCO cannot disassemble sheds on site or at the factory.
